Shipping & Returns

When placing an order with PJ SAS, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions for shipping. PJ SAS may change these terms & conditions at any time.

PJ SAS ships Australia-wide. All customers require a trading application to receive trading terms from PJ SAS. Please refer to your trading terms for your Free into Store (FIS) levels or call your local PJ SAS representative if unsure. All orders above FIS will not be charged shipping, if an order is placed online which is below FIS, your will be contacted by PJ SAS to discuss.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 business days.

Once goods are dispatched with the Freight Company, any and all risks associated with damage to or less of goods while in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Upon goods being dispatched with the courier changes cannot be made to an order, all responsibility for items ordered rests solely with the purchaser.

Any costs related to dishonoured credit card transactions, dishonoured Cheques etc are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will offer a refund/exchange on products purchased from PJ SAS. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a refund and/or exchange.
